We pray to the One True God, the Only Living God, and offer up our sacrifices of praise to You Who is holy and worthy and able to do all things, at any time, in any place, for every one. Thank you Father for giving us this gift of the 24 – 7 to Heaven Global Prayer Chain. We ask you to empower this body with faith and agreement, and to guide us to seek Your will and Your purposes. Let this passionate calling to be instruments of change multiply as a [prayer] chain reaction, and even so, hear from heaven our Lord as we call upon Your name. Grant our petitions and heal our lands.

Heavenly Father, have your perfect will here on earth and may your grace, mercy, love and blessings abound to all who will humble themselves to seek Your face. Forgive us our shortcomings and be merciful to us, even as we pledge justice and love to one another. Thank you Gracious Lord and it is because you are forever faithful, that we can proclaim that surely goodness and mercy shall follow us all the days of our lives. Amen

Heavenly Father, We thank you that President Obama has chosen You as his Lord and that You honor him as your child. Almighty God, cradle him in your omnipotent arms and even so may he look to You for guidance and understanding even as the burdens of our troubled world lean so heavily upon him. We ask You, Lord, to bless President Obama with an even greater portion of wisdom, and we pray that his peace be grounded in a reverence for You. May his faith in You, oh God, magnify and sustain him in every challenge and task that he sets his hands to. We ask You, the only true God, to direct your son along the path of righteousness and to grant him strength, courage, health, and favor as he commits his heart to serving.

May the love of all of us who are praying for him be a comfort to his soul; and may his joy be full in the confidence that he is called for such a time as this and that you will never leave him nor forsake him. Amen

Sovereign Lord, we ask you to place a shield of protection around President Obama, his wife Michelle, their two daughters, Malia and Sasha, and grandmother Marian; and also to extend this shield of protection to Vice-President Biden, his wife Jill, their daughter Ashley, and their two sons Joseph and Robert; and their extended families.

Merciful and Gracious Lord, keep them from harms way, preserve them from evil, and deliver them from any wicked snares that would be purposed upon them. Unite the men and women of this new administration in the causes of righteousness and lead them to govern with our President and our Vice-President in a commitment to integrity, justice, and honesty. Grant unto them to be a resourceful people that have a keen understanding of the times. As they deal with specific issues that they are empowered to administer, help them to harvest the expertise they require even as it is needed, and cause them to know what they ought to do even at the moment of decisions.
